Alquerfeed Antitox for all species and productive aptitudes
Alquerfeed Antitox, mycotoxin binder of Biovet S.A., patented worldwide in 1988, has been proved effective throughout its more than 30 years on the market in all species and productive aptitudes. Several experimental and field trials confirm that it is a product useful for poultry, including broilers and laying hens, and even in less common species such as turkeys; as well as in pig farming, where it is used both in breeders and fattening pigs.

This time, Dr. Júlia Pié, veterinarian of Biovet S.A., will give a lecture entitled ‘Protozoan diseases in turkeys: prevention and treatment’ scheduled on Friday 6th March at 11:10h.
Biovet increases the list of organic products
Recently, Biovet S.A. has expanded the list of natural additives for animal nutrition available under the ecological certification. Those interested will be able to acquire the company’s natural products with the ecological label that guarantees the products have been manufactured following the rules of the European Union.
Biovet at the IPPE 2020
From 28th to 30th January, Atlanta will hold a new edition of the International Production & Processing Expo (IPPE). One more time, Biovet will attend the event with a booth situated in the number 10301 in pavilion C. The company will also organize meetings and presentations for customers and distributors where the last studies of Biovet will be presented.
In January, Biovet will be at ‘MVC: Cereals-Mixed Feeds-Veterinary Exhibition’ in Moscow
For the frist time, Biovet will have representation at the exhibition ‘MVC:Cereals-Mixed Feeds-Veterinary’ to be held in January, 28-30 2020 in Moscow. This exhibition has been held since 1996 and has established as one of the most important fairs in European and Asian market. Veterinarians, producers and professionals meet annually to share and exchange new ideas and knowledge.
Biovet obtains the QS certificate
Recently Biovet S.A. has carried out the administrative process to validate the QS certificate, quality seal for the products marketed and for good manufacturing and safety practices. This certificated is added to the Fami QS, an European title that the laboratory renews annually since 2013.
Pronutrients, mycotoxin binders and natural preservatives in the Simposium Biovet in Golden Sands
On Saturday, 28 September 2019, Golden Sands (Varna, Bulgaria) held a workshop with conferences about the use of natural additives in animal nutrition. The event brought together around 50 veterinarians, producers and technicians from Rumania in a symposium which was organized by the distributor of Biovet in Rumania, Stelban Com S.R.L. and Biovet S.A.
Technical visits in poultry companies in Thailand
During the month of July, a technical-commercial team of Biovet S.A. traveled to Thailand to visit some of the most important poultry companies and feedmills in the country. While there, they visited farms and made necropsies that allowed to detect the main problems that affect birds and offered solutions to prevent them.
