On July 6, 2021, the Peruvian Academy of Veterinary Sciences, in collaboration with Veterinaria Digital and Adivet, organized the conference ‘Digestive ecology, dysbiosis and pronutrients’. Dr. Jaime Borrell, Drs. Anna Tesouro and David Díez presented the talk, where studies that demonstrate the efficacy of pronutrients for the prevention of dysbiosis and other consequences derived from them.

Intestinal welfare and food safety, central theme at the XXXV Biovet International Symposium
Last Thursday, June 17, 2021, the XXXV International Biovet Symposium was held, again, in online format. The first session of the event focused on the effect of pronutrients on intestinal welfare and food safety. In the first session, 70 people participated, coming from different countries.

During the months of July and August, Biovet S.A. will participate in two virtual international events of outstanding importance in the animal production industry in the United States. Specifically, in the 2021 ASAS-CSAS-SSASAS, which will take place from July 14 to 17, studies related to the use of intestinal conditioner pronutrients to promote intestinal welfare in broilers will be presented. On the other hand, at the 2021 AAAP Virtual Annual Meeting, Biovet will present studies related to the use of an effective natural antimicrobial effective to reduce the microbial load in laying hens in Peru.

Biovet S.A. Laboratories, company manufacturer of natural additives for animal feed, turns 35 years. On the 35th anniversary, will publish a collection of 12 news on Veterinaria Digital, which will be published on a monthly basis, where the history of the company will be explained. The III International Poultry Course maps avian pathologies in Peru
The third session of the III International Poultry Course, held in UCSUR (Lima) was led by Dr. Lilian Chea and it was focused on: diseases in poultry farms of the Peruvian coast, diagnosis of pathologies, salmonellosis and alternatives to antibiotic growth promoters.
Effect of immunostimulant pronutrients in macrophages
An in vitro test researched the molecular mechanisms of the immunostimulant effect of a natural product rich in pronutrients.
Pronutrients produce the activation of a target cell, which in this case are macrophages, and induce an increase in the translation of RNA to proteins.
