Evaluation of the biocidal efficacy of Alquermold Natural in fish meal with salmonella
In a trial performed in Ukraine a sample of fish meal was analyzed to check if it complied with the microbiological specifications. Results showed that the sample was contaminated with salmonella. It was use a natural preservative, Alquermold Natural, which eliminated salmonella from the sample of fish meal.
