Biovet International Symposium: intestinal pronutrients.

The second session moderated by Dr. Eduard Torres, an expert in European law, was dedicated to pronutrients methagenetic mechanism, whereby the target cells increase production of its specific protein. In this first conference results related to the target cells of the intestine using pronutrients were exposed. Dr. Anna Tesouro from Biovet, S.A. presented in vitro studies on intestinal cells and the field results in poultry and swine. At the end of the conference it noted that the use of intestinal pronutrients improves growth performance and improving the physiology of the digestive mucosa prevents the adhesion of bacteria in the enterocytes.
