A technical and commercial team of Biovet S.A. Laboratories have participated in the XIII International Poultry Congress organized by the Asociación Académia Santandereana de Patología Aviar (ASPA) held in Bucaramanga (Colombia).

In this event, Dr. Julia Pie gave a conference about pronutientes and it was discussed the concept of pronutrients as biomolecules of natural origin, derived from shikimic acid which by the genetically mechanism stimulate selectively the production of specific proteins and improve the physiology of the animal organs. This new technology investigated by Biovet, S.A. allows reducing the use of chemical additives in animal production, improving food security and maintaining the production parameters of livestock and poultry industries.

The conference was a success of participation and the conference was very well received by the audience who was very interested in the subject exposed.
