Biovet S.A. will take part on October 12th of 2017 of the Intestinal Health Scientific Interest Group that will be held in Bangkok, with a conference about the ‘Evaluation of Alquernat Zycox as a Chemical Coccidiostats Replacer’.

This time, Dr. Anna Tesouro, from Biovet’s R+D department will present the properties of Alquernat Zycox’s pronutrients. It is a natural zootechnical additive composed of plant extracts that contain pronutrients. These, in feed, optimize the intestinal mucosa’s functioning by the activation of the immune system. It is effective against coccidia, since it stops the first stage of their reproductive cycle and can reduce the use of chemical additives. It is a fact that it improves animal welfare while maintaining productivity.

More specifically, the conference will take place on Thursday, October 12th, at 16:15 at the Royal Bangkok Sports Club, Polo Club. This is where the Congress dedicated to the recent research in intestinal health will be held during October’s 11th and 12th.
