The award ceremony at XXX International Biovet Symposium took place in Cordoba, Spain from 27 to 31 October to present the annual award of Biovet S.A. for the scientific research.

This year the award has been given to Dr. Kolapo Ajuwon from Purdue University for his scientific research work related to Biovet’s products carried out during the last year.

Specifically, for his work with Alquernat Immuplus as a natural immunobooster against Levamisole, a chemical immunobooster; and for his trials that demonstrate the effects of the hepatic regenerator pronutrient, Alquernat Livol, in combination with the mycotoxin binder, Alquerfeed Antitox, for the growth and health of pigs.

Both trials obtained satisfactory results that demonstrated the efficacy of these products. The works were presented at the Symposium by Dr. Ajuwon and got the interest of the audience.
